By accessing Menu Six Fusion's website, dining at our restaurant, or using our catering services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Restaurant Services

Dining

• Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Gratuity of 20% may be added for parties of 6 or more
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted

Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

• Please inform staff of any food allergies before ordering
• While we accommodate dietary restrictions, cross-contamination may occur
• Guests with severe allergies dine at their own risk
• Halal options available; ask staff for details

3. Catering Services

Booking & Deposits

• Catering orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit
• Final payment due 48 hours before event
• Minimum order: 15 guests for delivery

Cancellation Policy

• 14+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 7-13 days before event: 50% refund minus deposit
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• Date changes subject to availability and may incur fees

Service Area

Catering delivery available within 30 miles of DeSoto, TX. Delivery fees apply based on distance. Catering pickup is also available at our DeSoto location.

4. Online Ordering

• Online orders processed through Toast (third-party platform)
• Order accuracy is customer's responsibility; review before submitting
• Pickup times are estimates; delays may occur during peak hours
• Refunds for online orders handled per Toast's policies

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including recipes, photos, logos, and text—is owned by Menu Six Fusion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Menu Six Fusion is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions if allergens were not disclosed to staff
• Lost or stolen personal items on premises
• Third-party service issues (Toast, delivery platforms)
• Website downtime or technical errors
